FAQ
Yes, the Organizational Checkup is a free tool provided by EOS®. There is no cost to use it.
- Admin Users are allowed to view results, add people, and create campaigns. Add an Admin User if you’d like to allow others in your organization to perform these administrative functions. An Admin User is often the person who created the company account and can be added via the Account Tab.
- View-Only Users will be automatically notified to view summary results and recommendations when a campaign closes. Add a View-Only User to grant access to your EOS Implementer® or another team member who needs access to results without the ability to manage other administrative functions. You can add View-Only Users via the Account Tab.
Non-Account Users receive invitations to Organizational Checkup campaigns and can respond to the survey. These users do not create an account or have a login and can be added via the People Tab.
Only the person creating the company account or users added via the Account Tab will have a login. Non-Account Users added via the People Tab will receive campaign invitations and results but will not receive a login. Additional Admin Users can be added from the Account Tab.
Campaign invitations to take the Organizational Checkup will be emailed from: noreply@organizationalcheckup.com.
First, ensure the emails are not going to your spam folder. If you do not see the email in your spam folder, your email provider may be blocking the email from being delivered. Please mark noreply@organizationalcheckup.com as a safe sender in your email account to allow the email to be delivered directly to your inbox.
You can view a sample invitation by clicking the Invitations Tab on the left and then clicking View sample invitation, which will be the first bullet point. Please note the sample invitation will show placeholders for dynamic fields, such as the company name, campaign deadline, and CEO or Integrator™ name.
No, the email template is not customizable. The name of the company, the campaign deadline, and the CEO or Integrator name are dynamic fields and will be updated automatically based on information from your company account.
Individual responses are visible to users with the Admin User designation. Other team members will only receive their own individual responses and the campaign summary. Admin Users can access individual responses by navigating to the People Tab and clicking the bar chart icon under Actions.
A new campaign will default to end after seven days. Admin Users can adjust the campaign timeline by navigating to the Campaigns Tab. Clicking the hourglass icon will extend the campaign, while clicking on the circle icon will end the campaign.
Admin Users can track which team members have responded by visiting the Invitations Tab.
Admin Users can send reminders from the Invitations Tab by clicking the green envelope next to the person’s name.
To stop email reminders, an Admin User can either mark the person as inactive or end the campaign.
Yes. If there is an active campaign, adding a new person to the People Tab will automatically send them an invitation to the open campaign.
Yes. Admin Users can ensure their EOS Implementer receives campaign results by navigating to the Account Tab and adding them as a View-Only User.
No, we cannot delete a survey from a campaign or the aggregate score once submitted. We recommend starting a new campaign.
Once a survey has been submitted for a campaign, it cannot be revised or retaken. We recommend starting a new campaign.
We do not have any documentation available listing which questions affect which component.
No, all the questions in the Organizational Checkup are preset and cannot be altered.
Yes. Admin Users can update the company name in the profile section of the Account Tab. This is the name that will appear in campaign emails and in the upper-left corner of the Organizational Checkup dashboard.
